about this blog

Unknown Legend is a song by Neil Young. A song about a woman riding a Harley-Davidson.

So what is this blog about???

 A woman riding a Harley-Davidson.

So what?!

It is about more than just that.

This blog is about stereotypes, independence, freedom, strenght and the possibilities of a dream. About daring and hoping.

A reflection of life at a certain age and why we do the things the way we do.

Is it possible to buy freedom and independece  just with a means of transport? How does the myth Harley-Davidson work? Will it work for women, too?

What is this myth and why is it important?

I do not have the answers.

Writing this blog and getting the bike is a means of getting them.

See for yourself and come along  for the ride with

 an unknown legend

  1. Hello unknown legend. Thanks for starting to follow my blog. My readership just trebled. Yes, that’s right – I now have three followers. Thought I’d let you know that I’m a retired biker and there is nothing more thrilling than taking off, revving through the gears and leaving whoever and whatever in your wake. My last bike was a Yamaha 650 cruiser. At the time I thought that if Valentino Rossi was riding a Yamaha, it was just fine for me too. Cheers, Susan.

    • That sound like a perfect reason to choose a bike to me Susan 🙂 The great ting about blogging is, that you come across so many new ideas and philosophies starting out from a point you have in common. I just love this diversity and I am looking forward to reading more from you!
